We had some problems with the Vilicus Resurgence wave 1.  This resulted in only some players getting wave 2 assigned to them.  And for some, the event had stopped.  We made several failed attempts to correct this problem with some hot patches.  The end results were that we decided to end the event early. All Vilicus incoming fleets have been removed and along with their associated events.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused and hope that you will join us when the next instance of Andromeda has been launched.

The Dark Expanse Black Eye 4 galaxy will be wrapping up on 17 August 2013.  We would like to thank all those that participated and made that galaxy a success.  The Galaxy Winners will be posted to the Hall of Honor.

The new galaxy instance will be starting on 18 August 2013.  Several announcements will be sent out when the new galaxy is online.

Existing player accounts, and credits, from the previous instance will be transferred to the new galaxy instance.  Therefore, you will be able to retain your old log in and password in the Black Eye 5 galaxy.

The new end of galaxy Vilicus Resurgence Event has now started on Black Eye.  It will run from 2 August thru 14 August 2013.  So look to those defenses.

The Dark Expanse Convoy (So You Want to be a Pirate?) Event will be launching on June 30th and ending on July 7th.

This event has been updated and will run only during that time period.  We are continuing to add game events that do not happen all the time.  We hope you enjoy this event.

We were not happy with the way we were selecting the target planets for the convoy to show up for the "So You Want to be a Pirate?" event.  The code has been revamped, and relaunched.  The event still runs until April 20th.  Enjoy.

The Dark Expanse So You Want to be a Pirate? event will be launching on April 13th and ending on April 20th.

This is our initial event that will be a one time run only during that time period.  We are starting to add some events to the game that do not happen all the time.  We hope you enjoy this event, and the upcoming Invasion Plans event due in May.

Announcing the first Dark Expanse Gonzo Event where Victory Points, Resource Generation
and Prestige will be doubled from March 16th through March 24th.  This is to kick off several new upcoming events.  Future events include "So you want to be a Pirate?" in April and "Invasion Plans" in May.

For some reason, the galaxy is scheduled to end on Sunday.  Typically, we had been ending them on Friday to give us the whole weekend to react.  However, since Sunday was the scheduled date, the Black Eye 3 galaxy will continue as planned.  Therefore, late Sunday, or by Monday the new Black Eye 4 galaxy will be online.

We are happy to announce that Steven L. This is a preliminary announcement of that contest.  The contest will start when the next code drop v2.2.35 goes live.  We expect that to happen by mid-December.

To have a referred friend, it will require the friend to register for Dark Expanse, in one of our galaxies, and on their preference page, add you by your game login name.  Not only will you have a chance to win one of the signed books, but anytime the friend purchases Galactic Credits, you will receive 20% of whatever they buy.

Friends with duplicate IP addresses of potential winners will not be counted.
