Title: Vilicus Resurgence Event Relaunched as Optional on Andromeda 18 Sept 2013

We have relaunched the Vilicus Resurgence Event, but made it optional.  The event will run through the end of the galaxy, but if you wait until the last few days, you may not get to participate in the event.  Good luck to all those that sign up.
